Overview
B&H Management Consultancy provides end-to-end advisory and application support for the Turkey Citizenship by Investment program. Turkish citizenship offers exceptional global mobility, U.S. E-2 visa eligibility, zero physical residency requirements, and significant tax optimisation benefits — all with a processing timeline of 3 to 6 months.
Get StartedTurkish passport holders enjoy visa-free or visa-on-arrival entry to 112 countries and territories, including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The Turkish passport is ranked 49–52 in the 2026 Henley Passport Index.
As an official E-2 treaty country, Turkish citizens are eligible to apply for the U.S. E-2 Investor Visa — a rapid, cost-effective alternative to the EB-5 track, allowing families to reside, operate businesses, and access free public schooling in the United States without country-specific backlogs or quota caps.
Purchase residential, commercial, or land assets in Turkey with a combined minimum value of USD 400,000. The qualifying assets must be held for a mandatory 3-year lock-in period, registered as an annotation on the title deed at the Land Registry Office.
Deposit a minimum of USD 500,000 into a regulated financial institution in Turkey, maintained in a term account for a minimum of 3 years — an alternative asset route completely decoupled from real estate market variables.
Under Law No. 7582 (effective June 2026), qualifying individuals who establish tax residency in Turkey may benefit from a 20-year exemption from Turkish income tax on qualifying foreign-sourced income. The reform also introduces a 1% inheritance and gift tax rate for qualifying individuals.
B&H manages the complete application process — including document translation, notarisation, official apostille verification, and coordination with Turkish legal authorities. All foreign-issued documents must be apostilled in the country of origin and accompanied by sworn Turkish translations.
How it works
We assess your investment capacity, family structure, nationality, and existing dual citizenship restrictions to confirm eligibility.
We advise on the most suitable investment route (real estate or bank deposit) based on your financial profile, risk appetite, and long-term asset planning.
We conduct a personalised document checklist review and manage translation, notarisation, and apostille verification of all required documents.
We submit the short-term residence permit application for the primary investor and all included family members — the first legal stage of the citizenship process.
Upon residence permit approval, we submit the formal Turkish citizenship application (Form VAT-4) and manage all government correspondence until citizenship certificates and passports are issued.
